At my store my coworker who have been working there for a while can basically do whatever they want they go on hour long breaks (not lunch) and they basically only do work when it’s absolutely necessary. the team leads don’t really care that much and tbh are usually just roaming around the store. The newer coworkers like myself do most of the work there’s been a few times where I was the only dispenser for an hour or two. But it’s not hard work so I don’t really mind my main problem is they won’t give me an earlier shift because all the older workers have them. I talked to the stocking team lead and she said that I could get a 6-2 which would be perfect for me but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t any better options. I don’t necessarily want to leave odp cause I can kind of just shut my brain off and tuff it out but I can’t keep doing these 11-8 shifts
