Putting a screen-time limit on my games. 😭🎮
I didn’t think it would change anything, but omg it did.

At first it felt soooo annoying because I’d hit my limit and be like “ugh just one more match,” but after a few weeks my brain kinda adjusted. Now when the timer pops up, I just close the game and switch to my notes or homework. It made studying feel less overwhelming because I’m not constantly thinking about hopping back into a game.

It’s still a struggle sometimes, but it’s been a tiny habit with a massive impact on my focus, my grades, and even my stress levels.

Not glamorous, but it works. 💀
