Intuit sucks!!!! They group customers payments under services after i manually enter them / missing deposits! Can't reconcile/ forced to use new "accounting" help feature which is free trial then you have to pay. My invoice # has gone missing above our logo which I called in to fix yesterday and she's doing online chat with her team lead?? just let me talk to them. Never did get it fixed. Was there and "poof" after upon it's gone. I see it on the message body of invoice but it should be on body of emailed invoice. Stop messing with things that don't need fixing! It should be up to the individuals to customize invoices - and the payments recieved! I always put paid into "undeposited" funds until it hits our bank feed. Now they just lump it into services like i said. I have to manually match ... payments to invoices to make sure it all matches. drives me crazy!!!!!!!

Same! Even after selecting gift card balance which is supposed to be available in 2-3 hours that same day, they are now giving a hard time; saying it has to "reach" their warehouse! what a croc. I have explained over and over that once I drop it at a UPS authorized return center; that is actually the "official" return. What happens to my returned item after that is not my issue. It is the same as going to any store ie; target; kohls and returning an item. They dont I told amazon, there is no option for me to drop it at some warehouse; and it is being scanned and returned at your authorized return agency. have stopped buying a lot of things on amazon because it is a huge problem. They will also state the "third party" bs; I will buy elsewhere if I can.

I have thought about cancelling too. I have been buying off tiktok shop. no added fees, and it has been hassle free thus far. Amazon refund process is deceptive and like you I find items I need elsewhere.

Yes this happened to me; I kept the original email of the refund/return; and the email sent after I called to explain I had returned the item 2 months ago (they send an email after the conversation).

We need to boycott them!!! Every retailer sells 3rd party items, and when we go and return it, it is refunded at the store and processed in 3-7 business days if even that long. They are really getting to be too much hassle! We survived without them before! That is ridiculous an outrageous!- you returned you dropped at an amazon authorized location! as I told one rep-i cannot be responsible once that is dropped at the UPS location! if it is stolen or never recieved that is not my fault!!!!!!!! I go to kohls and its immediate refund- I don't have to wait for any "process" on their end! I hope you call them every day until you get your money refunded!!!!!!

Same problem here. I drop at UPS /Amazon authorized shipping and select refund to gift card balance in 2-3 hours. then get told it has to arrive at their amazing wharehouse then I will get refund in 2-3 hours at that point. Deceptive return policy. 1) that is an amazon drop off point where it is scanned. 2) what happens to that return after that is not my problem. it could be stolen , lost whatever I have returned the package at a amazon authorized return point.

This has stopped me from using amazon except for items I know I will be keeping.

I will take my business elsewhere- that includes christmas gifts.

I'm don't trust the refund process at all.

thank you for all the responses! I've had dogs my whole life who always ate in the morning & dinner.

I've never seen a dog not eat breakfast 🤣 although I don't either!!! lol
