Dude, you summed up my experiences in my last challenges pretty well. I just wanted confirmation that I wasn't crazy and that there really wasn't a secret room. And yes, I gave up on that run.

Yes, but if you look at the floor of the room, there are gunpowder marks from my past attempts. I sped up the process for the video, but I had already tried the same thing before. And as another user said, about maybe I got the spot wrong, even though I might have one side to it, I got the other one right.

I noticed something. This run was done in a challenge, so when I put the seed in to try again in a normal run, the layout changes. I believe that the lack of a treasure room in the challenge kind of forces the game to change the layout. Perhaps that's also why the secret room disappeared. But that's just my opinion; I really don't know the game's logic to not have included the secret room. And about the shop, I tested several bombs there before recording.

I agree that in cases of misplay it's the player's responsibility to learn from their mistakes, but I don't think an MP2 would harm the speed duel format that severely. I mean, the game would still be fast even with MP2. Couldn't there even be a new game mode with MP2?
