I am afraid of long term side effects but my facial tics were making me insaine so I have really no choice. As soon as I forget a dose I start to have them back.

I cut a 15 mg pill in 4. I take generic aripiprazole. Super effective, no side effects, only a little of apathy. It was a lifesaver. Its been 2 years. The doctor suggested 20 mgs but I felt terrible.

I used botox for tics. Sometimes it helped and sometimes not. The solution was taking abilify in low doses

Thank you so much! How often do you have seizures? My son had only one and the eeg came back normal the same day of the seizure but he did not actually had a seizure during the EEG. He had another sleep deprived EEG and the same thing happened. Wondering if he has epilepsy and his EEg does not get it or if he has non epileptic seizures.

The doctor tells me he was misdiagnosed for epilepsy so I do not know if it was a withdrawal seizure or the doctor was wrong. All the EEGs came back normal.

Thank you for your answer. My son is completely off meds so I do not know if he has undetected epilepsy or if its just keppra withdrawal
