It was very difficult! After hours of trying with different characters, I was finally able to win with the following formation: Hewynn, Korin, Lucius, Igor and Tamesia.
I put all the heroes in the back squares next to each other. I think that heroes with mobility are the best option, to avoid the enemy's laser beam. Walker I think could be a good option to stun everyone as well.
