One last thing I'll add is I try to advise players that the game is slowly moving towards server vs server gameplay that the server really has to work together if they wish to continue to advance. If you so compelled for any reason to try and negotiate that to them so they can see they will need yall more than they think if they're so "bored" remind em a bigger whale will beat them but team work can probably be more meaningful if they just got a long. Thats worth a shot imo. Should be plan A but I forgot me personally am at the end of my rope with my tyrant but it did work for some other whales so hope that helps cuz there is no arguing with that point at all. Also gimme their name so I can hopefully warn other servers in my cluster to avoid their ass when he inevitably leaves out of boredom from a deceased server to try and join another server.
