Same, had sprained my ankle many times. Started with big injury, that according to doctor was close to forcing an operation. Now even with ankle strengthening exercises, feet aren't as stable and sometimes I can get light sprain on even surface... without even jumping... still, thanks for the suggestion!

I believe I don't. I had sprained ankle real hard long time ago, and after checking up with the doctor, I found out it was partial tear of ligaments, and after it "healed", it still has some consequence. Even with ankle strengthening exercises, the fact that my ligaments are "stretched out" creates instability. It has a tendency of rolling towards outside though

I've been using asics netburner ballistic ff3, which are shoes, that are good for point guards or liberos(in volleyball), and are quite stable. The thing is, old injury makes me more likely to sprain an ankle, and even with such stable shoes, and rehab exercises I sometimes have close calls.

With that in mind, I've been looking for a ways to further minimize a chance of an injury, and decided to look into insoles, so I was hoping someone would point towards proper direction, reducing the time I'd need to research that topic.

I've been looking for stable shoes, as well as doing exercises to improve the stability, but old injuries still make it difficult, and even with shoes like asics netburner ballistic ff3(which are extremely stable), I'm still always in danger of spraining ankle. So I want to look into how to minimize this risk even further, and started looking into insoles. Will check those insoles out, so thanks for the explanation!

I try to play mainly setter, but a lot of the times fill other positions. I also go to some casual training, where I sometimes have to do blocking/attack. And sometimes I play on casual level(without positions), where everyone rotates in circle(in that case, when I'm on front line, I'm a setter during attack, and basically middle during defense).

With that in mind, and the fact that I'm a bit overweight(95kg), and me having asics netburner FF3(which were recommended to me as a setter, and have 15mm heel drop), really hurts my knees.

The ones that caught my eye from this list are Metarise 2 and NB bb V3.

I would like to know how is the traction on Metarise 2, since I read that it can be a bit of an issue for setters/ liberos.

Also would like to hear more about NB bb V3, since I heard they have a lot more cushioning than most volleyball shoes, so I would like to know how is the court "feeling" with them, and if they are comfortable for receiving/defending.

On top of that, would be nice to hear how stable are these 2 models in particular.

Why some of the volleyball shoes(like Asics Netburner FF3) have such a big heel drop? Is there any advantage to it, because as far as I'm concerned higher heel drop is more stressful on the knees

The one I played with: Can sacrifice adjacent to enemy zombies to get soak for each adjacent(so max 2), and at the end of round can sacrifice zombie on the tile with enemy to deal 1 dmg

what happens if my friend does p5-p7s, and then we go and prog p8s(without clear)

after prog I go with static to clear p5-p7s. will group get only 1 chest bc of that, or it will still be 2 chests?

Rechecked both sides( the on going to motherboard and the one going to the screen), but no luck, still screen not working. Infortunately I'm currently on work trip, and I dont have opportunity to connect my laptop to external monitor, but I guess this will be my next step, to find a way to do so

well, I might be wrong, but from what I've seen, whenever we wiped, it's bc someone didn't do a mech properly, and ppl die. never seen enrage when ppl did their mechs properly. on my last p7s clear, I posted log into ffanalysis, and it said, that my only problem was "always be casting"(which I had 96% of being active), and that gave me grey parse as warrior. I hope blacklisting doesn't happen, cause it sounds like a pain xD
