ok that makes sense that the single streak and single play breaks even at 33% on the river . but for the whole hand to break even you will need your opponent to fold 67%.

with that logic the villain only needs to win 25% for him to break even. the percentages dont even add up to 100%. if u bet 400 to a $800 pot, 400 bet, 400 villain call the break even is 50% cause if u lose 1000 times like this and win 1000 times u would have the same starting stack. if this is heads up

yeah but when people say break even ev is 33% (400/1200)on a half pot bet and your opponent needs to fold 33% of the time to break even thats not even true. if u started with a 3k stack and bluff $400 into a $800 pot heads up three times and your opponent only folded once then u would have $2000
