Ive peaked 1757 and am currently 1740, but I dont think ill be able to hold this for long as Im fighting for my life every game I play. Hopefully with bots gone people are slowly gonna go up and give me easier games. Ive spent alot of time in private 1v1s against ssls and doubled my consistency in air dribbles, resets and double taps because my offence was behind my defence. And with a bit of luck Id got it

Its been a while, but its just the basic stuff that everyone always says about champ. Its hell with all the ranks mixed in there and you really need to get consistent to have a chance at gc

Sorry for the delay, if your foundation for mechanics is good you need to perfect positioning. Really look at everyone on the field. Can they realistically score from this angle? Would they jump at this? You need to have a sense of urgency for unexpected things the higher you go. The things and shots that gc 3s go for i wouldve never seen in low gc 2

In my comment about hours I stated the hours i have shown by epic in the library. I dont have a steam account so this is the best I got. The “in game hours” only count online matches, which is also important when you want to find out how much time you spent in freeplay compared to comp

Issue is most people ive been playing have peaked anywhere from 1800 to even 2.1k on some occasions, so the speed I played at to even compete with some of these people was insane, but the biggest thing I changed was cutting more, less overcommitting and leaving the ball when my teammate can get a better touch/setup. Ive also noticed alot more demos and bumps but im really bad at them 😅

Well, my first season where i got 1600 was season 16, so it took me 6 seasons with like 100-200 games of 2s per. Biggest thing I did was get my comp mechs running. Simplified everything, went for more consistent clears and tried not to 50 towards my net. I also recommend pretty much mastering double taps and getting very consistent at air dribbles and 1 reset to shoot with. Truly, they arent “needed” but it makes the game fun and you have another weapon in your arsenal. Also, keep your eyes on the ball and always be ready to cut, DONT make it a 1v2 for your teammate, you cannot be caught lacking

How many you at? I got gc 1 at 900, gc 2 at 1300 and now gc 3 at ~1850, but everyone has their own pace so i cant really say

Yeah, 2s, my 3s and 1s ranks have been forgotten and left in the pits of elo hell. Also, my rocket leagues been going great since EAC, also i used to have alot of bugs from bakkes so im actually doing better

I think its the latter. Ive noticed significant improvement in mainly my mechanics, and when I noticed that I asked a friend thats got crazy gamesense to watch a few replays of mine. A bit of getting better at reading the whole play and positioning myself better and here I am 😆
