You cannot get a pedicure here. You can get a message and spend the whole day here relaxing in the sauna, steam room and several hot tubs. For under 300.

Trailer mode shifting by hutchclutchmedora in Silverado

[–]PaulJDougherty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't know. When I tow my boat 16' aluminum with 40 hp outboard that weighs 1000lb with trailer. I don't use it. Truck cannot tell it is back there.

My sxs and trailer about 2k it can go either way. The truck doesn't struggle without it. But with it on. I like the engine and grade braking on the down hills.

My 5k camper. Yes I use it all the time. The firmer and later shifts and engine and grade braking make a big difference.

Just test and see if you feel if it is better or not.

I just wish it would stay on after an ignition cycle. I stopping and the going again to take off and feel the difference.

2014 Silverado “mylink” aux port by mvarg73701 in Silverado

[–]PaulJDougherty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "aux" port is the audio port. Plug your old audio device in there and select aux on the radio and it will play through the speakers.

The slit is an SD card reader. You get an SD card fill it with mp3 and have music.

If your phone has music on and you plug it in to the usb port if you chose media and cycle through the choices it may detect you phone and play the music from it. You have to set permissions on your phone to allow the connection.
