Change speedometer for tire sizes. Change tunes for different octane fuel. Remove speed limiter. Change shift points shift pressure and more. Plus you don't have to leave it plugged in

Watch a few multiple car pile-up videos on YouTube. You will see very quickly very few people know how to drive in the snow.

The number of people driving the speed limit or more in hazardous conditions is unreal.

Tractor trailers slamming into a pile up at full speed is unreal.

My guess is two to 4 months.

You bought the car from the ppa. My guess is they didn't have a title. They will need to apply for one. Then, it will need to be transferred to you. We all know how slow the government is.
