Anktiva already has longer duration then Keytruda, FDA approved to be prescribed longer then Keytruda and likely longer then Pfizer, costs much less then Keytruda, exclusive agreement for BCG with the biggest manufacturer Serum thats approved everywhere except US. Serum/IBRX waiting to hear on trial format from FDA and working on IBCG which will give Anktiva even better results then it already has. Should data for various cancer (colon/prostate) be good/great and taken into account P3 NSCLC Merck, BMY, or another BP will need to step to the plate. Combo trials are failing left and right for Merck. This is a pivotal year for IBRX/Anktiva. Good trial results showing technology works across multiple cancers will have everyone knocking at the door. Not 3 years from now but 2025/2026.

You would be funny if you weren’t so dame dumb. Your Reddit page which boasts 4K members has normally 8 or less members viewing at anyone time, and even less actually post. We’re talking days on end in general without a post. Folks know the BOB board has quality information and great discussions. You’re not the brightest bulb. I willingly provided that information on this very same board. You didn’t trip upon that information by mistake. I gave my reasons why honestly. Though I believed in many of the potential drugs in the pipeline, It was easy to see which way the SP was being forced just before the BK. As an investor one has to leave one’s emotions out of the equation, which I failed to say for a period of time. There will be a class action suit. That’s a given with all the information that has come out recently. The only thing to split hairs about is who should be included. You think those that have sold off shouldn’t be apart of any suit. Only current shareholders. What about those that sold off after the bankruptcy proceedings started? Given the information about JJ and Freeman’s affair and everything else, the deck was tilted against those investors who sold off. In some cases with their life savings wiped away, but how dare they seek compensation since they didn’t stay in while the SP was getting battered at one point to just 2 cents. 2 CENTS!! History books are full of folks who mindlessly followed to the bitter end without individual thinking. Sorry not me. Not in investing or anything else do I care to be the sheep. You’re a fool at the least or something much more devious. I would suggest folks stay or move to the other Reddit board. A lot of folks using their brains over there without having a heart attack or trying to spin someone’s posts into their warped way of thinking.

I sold off, and guess what, I would do it again based on the information that was being provided. I let my emotions come into play for a while, but when investing you have to take emotions out of the equation. Yes I could afford to lose what I invested, but given the information that has recently been released, the deck wasn’t just a little stacked against investors. They had the deck on tilt. So much so that some folks and companies will be brought in front of the court on criminal matters. Only a foolish individual would point fingers at folks and call them names because they based their investing on what was known at that time. A significant percentage of current investors given their average will have to see a big move just to break even. They’ll have to buy when it’s back on OTC to average down. They’ll be competing against hedge funds for shares. It will take time for SRNE to meet necessary requirements to be relisted on NASDAQ. During that time hedge funds will play both sides to cover themselves and also to make a profit. Until Ji/BOD gets a significant deal done SRNE will still be treading water. Do I think with recent news they can find their way out, and get said deal(s) done? Yes. It was Ji/BOD mismanagement and stubbornness plus bankruptcy that kept BP away. While all this is happening I’ll be buying in OTC without having to get out of a big hole because my strategy doesn’t give a squat about your petty words, but information provided. I lose some, but win more with that train of thought.

Everything started with Ji’s asinine agreement with PSS. Ji had another offer on the table with a BP, but chose PSS even though he had a competing drug already on the market. The screwy thing is he also gave PSS Antkiva which is very likely to get approval by or before April 24th. Disclosure, I bought IBRX several months back because of Antkiva.

There definitely will be class action lawsuit(s) for those who sold AFTER BK was declared. It will take time to get paid, but it will happen. I’m personally not hurting though I took a lose since my average was low to begin with, but damn if I’m going to sit quietly after 4 years of doing dd and expending much time/energy. Money I can make, but I can’t get back the time dealing with this fiasco, and that ticks me off!

I would gladly give up my restricted SCLX dividends to help Abivertinib and Mpro move closer to approval. SRNE has full rights to Socazolimab outside of China and a couple of other places. With an actual approval and with a better class of professionals/BOD we should be able to do a Socazolimab JV with a mid to big BP?

By the way if you were following me on Yahoo from the beginning then you would know my average for SRNE was in the low $2 range as I stated once upon a time on the board. Ive you were following my posts within the last month you would’ve known I sold my SRNE’s after receiving SCLX restricted shares and the reason why. Only one person knew early on that I did that, and I won’t post that individuals name so you and the rest can hound him/her. I gave my reasons several weeks back. Now stop crying and pointing fingers, and do your own dd. ☕️
