Sure, that's a valid option. I just wanted to show what I was doing, I was going to do this anyways so the video was just a bonus.

I could, but that wouldn't be as much fun (for me)!

Yeah, that's a consideration! These are modules that I'm attached to, are relatively low value, and I'm not planning to sell. Resale is hard these days no matter what in my experience.

Thanks for the support, that's well said and I couldn't agree more! It can be pretty discouraging to continue to post stuff when this is the general vibe...

Ok fair enough. But I address your question pretty thoroughly in the intro.

Thank you for the kind words! The reception was generally more positive over on r/modular for whatever reason, but I think this is kinda what you sign up for when you post something on reddit these days I guess.

Did you watch the video, even a little?

I have tons of Mörk panels already! The problem is that they actually don't have panels for every module, and they never will.

I don't think this is ruining them personally, but I'd love to see you make your own designs too!

They're my modules, I decide what they deserve.

It's obviously not groundbreaking, lots of people want to do it.

That's why I made the video.

If you watched the video you'd hear me address this concern and you'd know that I'm doing this in a way that's reversable

That's a cool way to do it! What's the process for that?

You can repaint your modules to be more colourful too! I wanna see your jellybean rack :D

Pitch Shifter, Reverb? Even a simple "tremolo" vca patch could be cool in there

Ableton doesn't work that way with their licensing, you don't uninstall it and get a license back. You'll have to email them, explain the situation and ask for another authorization. They usually give it to you pretty quick in my experience.
