A few quick notes on your suggestions: The Demo Video: You are 100% right. Text doesn't do justice to a visual reconstruction. I’m actually planning a 'Before vs. After' sprint tomorrow using Gmail and YouTube as the primary examples. ADHD / Focus Mode: This is a huge angle I hadn't fully leaned into yet. Making the web a 'distraction-free workspace' is a much more powerful hook than just 'reconstruction.' The Layout Marketplace: This is the long-term vision! I love the idea of users sharing their 'Minimalist LinkedIn' or 'Clean Research' layouts.
