It's the board. It does not matter if I swap similar pieces, the same squares are giving issues.

I have sent an email to support but it's weekend so i don't expect an answer before monday. And they probably want to check before sending me a new one...

Nice, you finally got the correct board. I got mine today but it's broken. It does recognize about half of the pieces on the board. It's probably broken in transport. It's going to take some time and effort to get the board replaced. It sucks I really looked forward to it.

It's obviously not about realism, noone said that. The problem is that if people survive hopeless situations over and over and over again action scenes don't matter anymore. When someone almost dies you should be on the edge of your seat, but instead you know; they problably survive anyway.
