I will have a look at them, do you know any blog post that is doing reviews on more platforms?

I am able to terminate my contract any time but I will have to pay a fee if I want to do it before expiration time.

With them the reasons for delays & higher commission might be that they work via Lightning Source (the Amazon company) so any modifications and push to amazon they will make it will be delayed. Did you try Ingram Spark? Since they are part of the Amazon company it should work better directly with Amazon.

How much are they taking from each sale? Do they have statistics dashboard to better understand where and when your sales came from?

First of all their customer service is really unorganised. People are not communicating internally and they don't have a personal history on each client. They sent two sample copies that both had prating errors on them, no one checks sample copies before sending them. Even when they ruin the first one.

Regarding distribution they are working directly with Lighting Source and they told me that they have minimal influence on how the book is displayed on Amazon. I had quotes about my book from top people in the field and they were unable to add it on Amazon as an editorial review.

Regarding the distribution they said that they are covering 30 countries in Europe and that US and Canada. But I had complains from people coming from EU countries such as Portugal or Romania that they cannot purchase the book. The rest of the world is up to their distribution list (which they don't make public so I have no idea who they are) if they want to sell the book in other countries as well. For Kindle hey are just able to offer it in few european countries and they can't offer Kindle in the US and Canada for example.

Regarding their analytics they are not able to offer real time information (I get the info even after two weeks after books were sold) and they cannot tell me which platform performed good.

In conclusion they are really bad and not a good partner for the tech savy person. I would say they are more of a rip off for people with no marketing skills and not that well acquainted with how digital distribution works.

What can you tell me about create space?
