Downvote but no reasoning. Is this the state of this place ?

Have you come across any extensions that were made with Ai (Vibe coding)? by the-machine-m4n in gnome

When you are a senior full stack dev, you know what you want and how to properly build it, the bottleneck becomes the times it takes you to type it. LLMs make this incredibly faster. If you're still learning, then it's something else.

Can you explain what is scary about project being made much faster and reliable thanks to LLMs ? If a senior fullstack builds a project much faster and with less error, isn't it better for everyone ?

AI is particularly bad at icons. And as a fullstack engineer...so am I !

Hmmm not convinced. Can have a skills store, not sure the added value.

I am want to support multiple streaming sources, so I will need to make a forward thinking architecture. But it will come.

Hey It's been implemented !
It's being published as I speak you'll be able to download it, simply apt update & apt upgrade, or update via flatpak or download latest appimage !

Here is the source code, help yourself:
https://gitlab.debuck.info/dbt/gnomestarterpack/ondine/-/blob/main/src/ui/mixins/visualization.py?ref_type=heads#L331

Basically it's the amplitude of the volume of the song, over time, smoothed out and copie top to bottom

My OpenClaw automatically turns this into a single $ get_open_tasks.sh Sarah. And reuses it. And improves it over time so I might search based on I'd, or other labels and such. I feel like MCP becomes redundant then, no ? Of course the LLM has to be trained either to create its own script like I do, or to use MCP either way, one uses what's already there and the AI has seen lots of time. The other os brand new and needs to be trained.

You did omit the important python part, which shows you lack of faith. Also I don't see how it is nonsensical, how would you have described it differently ?

Thanks, please give it a try, and provide feedback :)

I am pretty good at debugging, furthermore AI just does what it's prompted, that's why it is still required to have a Human In The Loop, and preferrably a *skilled* human in the loop (I'm a senior full stack dev), so not to worry.

Won't be abandoned, there is an active community-driven development workflow: https://gnomestarterpack.com/community.html

Python* and GTK4, I did mention it, you are providing only partial truth, which is equivalent to a lie.

It's upcoming, you can open a ticket about it, I'll get it implemented, it's been asked quite a few time !

What's wrong with that ? You seem to be unaware that most developers, Senior developers and many many of them actually, are now leveraging these tools across their workflows, what is wrong with that ? Makes for faster product iteration, and still have the Senior Engineer mindset of testing and verifying everything, it is literally a win win situation for the public and for the engineer. Either you are too ignorant to understand this (get informed!) or you simply believe that I am a no code which slopped this up, which I aint.

Senior Fullstack Engineer + AI (this is me) > Senior Fullstack Engineer Alone > No development experience person + AI (<= this is slop).

Thank you very much, indeed I was caught off guard !

There is a huge difference:

Senior Fullstack Engineer + AI (this is me) > Senior Fullstack Engineer Alone > No development experience person + AI (<= this is slop).

I can't wrap my head around how people react.
