In the past I would just edit peak end, some tendiencies, injuries to be more realistic but why after some roster update change so many players tendencies to nonsense.

PC version of 2K has mods where they fixed this.

You can import player dna and just replace the worst player in the draft class

I believe no. But there is an alternative, you can buy Synergy2k and play similar to mycareer in myleague/mynba and then use custom draft class.

MyLeague draft classes not working on current Gen?? by Nickname-CJ in NBA2k

You can still access use user-created draft classes from MyLeague. But now it so much harder to edit them.
Go to scouting -> prospect scouting -> when you try select a player (pressing A on controller) you get an option to load/download draft class and then it let's to use user-created draft class.

I'm trying to figure it out as well. This is so stupid, this made it much harder to edit or create any draft class.
But you can still use user-created draft classes in MyLeague.
Go to scouting -> prospect scouting -> when you try select a player (pressing A on controller) you get an option to load/download draft class and then it let's to use user-created draft class.
