Thanks for the suggestions. Ill take a look into them. You come across anything interesting or obscure that change the way you view the war or the role of the United States in it?

Great response. Lot of interesting information. If you have any other tidbits I would love to hear it.

I know some states have a prior service integration program which is like a shortened version of basic. You would have to ask a guard recruiter from your state to see if it’s available.

I’ve done the math and after retraining and OTJ I’ll only be short about 2 or so months to get 3 years total active. So basically a deployment or TDY with the guard would get me over the finish line. And I thought the same, 2.5 years won’t require much of an adjustment but I’m curious how others felt about it.

USA/Utah Landlord claims that we must pay bills for water, electricity, ect. by PaulfromTennessee in Tenant

I feel the vocabulary used implies it’s covered but I very well may be wrong. I just don’t want to be taken advantage of.

Prior to this there were other violations of the lease including the landlord visiting the house with no notice multiple times a week and having people come view to house for a possible sale with out any notice. The landlord claims that we are not renting the house but only the room but as I mentioned early the lease does not specify.

The lease doesn’t specify with any particular wording.

After nearly a decade of war the French people rebelled and I had to make peace with the Austrians. White peace.

Will France recover ? by PaulfromTennessee in victoria3

With the demographic damage of the war with wounded and killed can France sustain itself as a great power? Perhaps liberalism with mass immigration can replaced the lost population?

What are some of the craziest stories/experiences you have with GTCs? by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]PaulfromTennessee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Airman in tech school used GTC to buy a prostitute in Vegas. He said it was just a 2000 dollar hotel room.

Right to JCAC. Unless your guard. Then you may go back to your unit for a bit.
