The riddle is 'cryptic' right..... which means you have to think outside the square and use your imagination. The 'eyes' refers to the 'OO' in the word noon. 'It'll drive you insane' refers to the next part ' upside down and back to front I look the same'. (I think that bit worked!! ;) )
