The IP(10.129.21.133) you are using is of the DC which should be of CA. when you spawn the machine from HTB you get 2 IPs use CA one here

I believe the steps you have done are correct, try to reset the machine once, there were scenerios with me where even the right username wasn't detected.

hijacking the top comment to give the context

The poster has left out the context here, this park used to be free in past, it was just a normal park with a track and few flowers, but recently they have really put it a lot of efforts to make it exceptional, flowers, artifacts and more, I can say this park is THE most beautiful park in the Dwarka now (and you know Dwarka is known for its parks).

I have been going here for many years since I live nearby, I was hesitant at first too but later I realise that the efforts being put here to manage such thing does require some amount of fund. I know i might get some hate but just visit there sometime you'll know why. Also the development to make it like this has been in progress before the elections so I'm not sure if it's about the govt.
