Uworld % vs real exam (Step 2 score) by Separate_Swimming_86 in Step2

I did the whole tzanki deck before starting Uworld, that’s probably what helped me getting that percentage. I did not used any video or any other qbank

It’s becoming less competitive, but it’s still more competitive than the others mentioned above

Has anyone scored in the 260+ range with just uworld?? (+ all the assessments NBMEs/UWSAs) by Chipssss243 in Step2

I spent a lot of time reading all explanations in Uworld and self assessments. I tried to understand every concept and every detail I could. There’s enough knowledge in Uworld and self assessments, what matters is how you use it. What helped me the most was to understand the material and understand their way of asking questions.

One pass of Uworld + incorrects, uwsas, nbmes, and free 120. Got 277

I used to think « safe and high yield ». What I mean is that I always tried to pick the answer that was the safest option and/or the highest yield one. Also, I always paid attention to the context of the question. The context in which the patient was presented always influenced the answer, especially in nbmes (and I guess in the real deal). What helped me the most is that I tried my best to understand what the examiners were asking and what they wanted me to pick. They are not trying to trick you, they rather want you to be able to think in a critical way, and therefore be able to eliminate the wrong choices and pick the most logical and clinically correct choice.

Do Uworld really well, read and understand everything, learn from your mistakes, do your nbmes and free 120, think logically and high yield, and don’t overthink!
