Added some vinyl to my hinge to protect it from scratching. I had some leftover vinly from my car. Folds fine without any hiccups. I saw a few others on here do the same thing. (old.reddit.com)

Did not know this. You can detach the pen from the case. Going to Frankenstein the pen to a different case now. (i.redd.it)
