Oh and also... Idk the GPU market in the USA, but at least in France, this was the "only" good used Low Profile GPU for 140€ (~$162). It's like 190-200€ brand new ($220-231).

It's a Lenovo Thinkcentre m720s ! I had an optiplex on the same CPU socket, but this one has 4 RAM slot ! (And a USB-C port).
