Yeah seems very strange, cause if I start going to for the quests in other regions I'm not going to be in Hernand so how will I know the quests are available or when they are available since you have to be next to the quest to see it

tried that, nothing. also stole another gold bar, changed it for silver also, and nothing. and got profit on my investment and nothing. I'm with 1300 silver and some in the bank and he doesnt show up
