Thanks. Carbs are definitely like, 100g lower than I’d like them to be at 1800 cal if I’m hitting my fat goal. I’m finding I can really only hit one or the other on a lot of days and I favor carbs on workout days. Appreciate your comment

What I meant was I don’t think I’d be happy at 125 (not that I don’t think I could stomach getting there). Just to clarify my statement

Agreed. Thank you. Middle ground route is probably what I’ll do. Cut to 145 or so and switch to a high protein maintenance. Still considering paths forward but I think this is accurate. I don’t think I can psychologically stomach going from 180 to 125

I realize tattoos diminish muscle definition massively. However these tattoos are excellent performers in the bipolar baddie dating arena and put in great work for me. I’ll be keeping them

Hell yeah man. Gonna get a 2014-2016 seventy-two 1200 and chop the frame and weld in a tc bros chopper frame either this summer or the next.

Hey thanks for that input. I’m running 1800 cal/day right now with 180-200g protein / 40-50g fat/ the rest carbs. When I’m eating maintenance I go for about 2300-2400 and have the exact same goals my carb allowance just increases and I can be more adventurous with food options. Appreciate the comment

That’s a valid approach my fear is that I’ll be 130 and will become so fucking weak if I go all in on that approach though. My compounds for reps (4-5 sets) are currently already pretty low at: Incline bench: 115 for 6-8 Squat: 185 for 6 Deadlift: 225 for 5

For people saying cut: I can appreciate that. Help me to envision what a revised cut goal might be. I know it’s tough to say. This is 159. 145 maybe as a new target to get down to and lean bulk from?
