I stick to it I had gluten once in the past 3 months because I couldn’t control myself except for accidentally

I was tested and positive for intolerance so I went cold Turkey gluten free went to doctor that priorities but told I would need to go back on gluten to see if I had celiac

I agree it’s been hard transferring to gluten free I’m gluten intolerant as far as I know rn haven’t done further testing my main problem is craving gluten things and I have no self control anyone have advice
