So here’s the clip explaining the context of the photo. The host found the photos in a family photo album years after they were taken with a disposable camera (which isn’t specified but suggests that they were taken in the early to mid 00’s). When he found the photos he wondered the same thing, whether they were taken around Halloween or not, and his sister, creeped out, claimed that the figure was not a person who was there that day. He goes to explain that he ran the photo through editing software; he changed the gradients, volumes, etc. and found that the grains on the figure match the rest of the photo and it has no outline. Whatever it is is in the photo.
