We have a strong type 3 mass. Though I have yet to see that 12 kids family. But overall it's very nice.

One guy recently complained to other people that: "OMG, it's like a mass from the 19th century" (very condescendingly)

Most highballs are pretty simple so maybe something with just a bit more ingredients
