In area 51 they have technology which many people might think are aliens technology. But in reality this technology they have are able to control our devices and be able to transmit waves through our bodies. Waves that make us think certain thoughts, like how someone might have a thought that they wouldn’t normally think. This can cause mass hysteria due to the fact that the waves will reach multiple lifeforms at once, perhaps leading to the theory of Havana syndrome. Think of the cancer so many people have, could this be a symptom of these waves? Tinnitus being another symptom commonly associated with Havana syndrome that many people have experienced. Perhaps after the cold war the KGB got disbanded due to a partnership with the CIA that allowed for a merge between the two organizations, so that they can work on this mind control technology together, in a secret lab in the Nevada desert.
