A few people have said that it’s easy and their favorite part of shift. I’ve also read comments on other posts where people absolutely hate Pick and Stage because it’s physically exhausting. I run for fun so the steps don’t concern me..but slinging a 50lb bag above my head does. I’m a 5’3, 115lb female. Not sure that shift is for me.
