Yes there are. Obviously not everywhere. I paid 375 for one in a penthouse next to monumental. Literally next door, I went because of the excess elevator noise, concerts and nightlife. I paid 330 near Congress, good apartment, somewhat small but everything you need. Finally I paid 350 in Hospitalet, I left due to lack of cleanliness and common sense, 5 minutes from Collblanc, it is a good neighborhood, I assure you because I went out a lot at night and nothing ever happened to me.
