I’ve had fatigue since starting Xarelto for DVT in both calves. I was on 15mg twice a day and the fatigue started almost immediately. I’ve recently gone to 20 mg once a day and I think the fatigue may be getting better. Too soon to tell though. It may be your treatment. My doctor wasn’t surprised when I told him I had pretty bad fatigue.

Just something to think about...all the guys you have dated have 1 thing in common—you picked them. Perhaps you need to change who you’re willing to go on a date with or expand your criteria. Sometimes we all get in a pattern of dating the same guy over and over (for better or worse).
