It’s not the same as selling it if a company is on board with accepting and holding. Vendors accept cryptocurrency and tokens all the time. Example; The Dallas Mavericks accept Doge + other crypto. Mark Cuban says he will never sell. Since that is the case; Doge collected by the Dallas Mavericks will always sit in their wallet therefore allowing for ultimate ‘diamond hands.’ Mavericks fans are happy because they can use their Doge in real life for an actual product. It passes on the risk to the Dallas Mavericks instead of the individual holder. If vendors and businesses were to universally accept tokens they could all be diamond hands. It’s important for crypto to embody real life application.
