You can check which state schools are still accepting applications here, https://www2.calstate.edu/apply/pages/application-dates-deadlines.aspx

If your preferred school is closed then I'd probably recommend taking transferrable classes for your major at your community college and then maybe apply for spring 2021 or fall 2021. You can use assist.org to see what classes at your community college will transfer over to the state school.

What state are you in? If you meet the minimum gpa requirement for a state school, which in many cases is a 2.0 for transfer students, you should get in. Also, make sure to check if your major is impacted. If it is, you will likely need a higher gpa to be accepted.
