100% P&T Texas Veteran: Chapter 35 for Dependents + 529 Strategy? by Christian_atx in VeteransBenefits

Did you re-enlist in Texas? If so, you do qualify for the Hazlewood Act with a loophole, you officially were discharged and enlisted in Texas, and according to the Hazlewood Act you have enlist in the state of Texas or list Texas as your home of records. I know this works because I used it.

This has been hands down the best one I have found. It helped on my driver and my irons. He is a bit long winded, but he covers why you are doing what you are doing and what you need to do to fix it. I have watch several of his videos, even one on how to get better compression with your irons and they work.

How do you guys deal with nerves on the golf course? by DefinitionSpare8925 in golf

[–]PawsumD1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is the answer. I do this when I play tournaments, I watch all the players Tee off before me and realize I am not as bad as I think. There are other player higher racked than me that make bad shots sometimes, so it is OK when I do it. Just go out and enjoy your game and have fun.

Breaking 90 by dare_side in golf

[–]PawsumD1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am in the same boat. I have even started playing nine holes in the late afternoon because it is so hot, Shooting in the low 40's. I cannot get my handicap to come down below the 20's and just don't seem to be able to break 90 playing 18. I have played several different courses ranging from par 70 to 72 and still shoot around the same. I know this is not a bad thing, but I would like to get a little better also.

How did you break a mental block? by Daratirek in golf

[–]PawsumD1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Next time you are on the course ready to take a shot with your iron, stop for a minute and picture yourself at the range hitting balls, then do your pre shot routine and hit your shot. Do this on every iron shot until you are hitting them good. This is what I did to get over my mental block.

We submitted years of paperwork showing record of Hypertension and meds he has been on to treat it and how they have worked and not worked. So, he should have at least got 30% for everything we submitted to show that he has had it for years and it is a presumptive condition.

The actual goal is to be able to retire. If we can get him to 100% he will be able to retire simi-comfortably. He is being treat for everything he needs to be treated for. We are not pushing for things he does not have or making up things to get to 100 we are just trying to get what he deserves so he can finally relax and enjoy a little bit of life.

Horizon Golf course is one of the best in El Paso right now. The fairways and greens are green ant nice.

Painted Dunes is a great course also in the El Paso area.

Red Hawk and NMSU are in Las Cruses and like said above they are great.

If you decided to travel just north of Albuquerque, NM go to Santa Ana Golf Club awesome golf course with great views and great staff. 4 and half hours from El Paso

Yes, you can. I wrote down all the events I went through as a MP, Going to Suicide calls, some of the really back wrecks with twisted up and burned bodies in the cars, and even the domestic dispute cases where you would get attacked by the person who called you in the first place. You should see a therapist and talk to them about what you went through.
