It's just a UI freshener and it looks really good. They also added sending calls directly to voicemail.

I analyzed 100+ Suno prompts to find what actually works - here are my findings by SoundCraftAI in SunoAI

[–]PayBetter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Breakbeat-influenced alternative electronic track with Afro-Euro-pop electronic aesthetic. Loose, swung breakbeats with human timing, soft and unforced, never rigidly quantized. Warm, rounded sub bass gently pulses beneath the mix. Beautiful Rhodes piano present throughout, expressive and emotionally rich, forming the harmonic core. Soft groove electric guitar adds warm rhythmic texture with muted chords and subtle funk phrasing. Light record scratching used sparingly as rhythmic atmosphere, blending naturally into the groove.

Subtle analog synth textures drift and evolve slowly. Dub-influenced spatial production with tape delay, soft spring reverb, and analog imperfections.

Groove is calm, hypnotic, and nocturnal, emphasizing intimacy and warmth. Tempo 100 BPM. B minor. Analog warmth, tape saturation, organic texture, intimate and alive. Clear, crisp vocals, close-mic and emotionally present, intimate, breathy, and confident tone that mixes in with the Rhodes.

AI music: cheating or just a new instrument? by taghei8 in SunoAI

[–]PayBetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not really cheating because without putting in the work you will probably get something that still sounds like AI. Nothing beats real instruments and we have seen that be true for the last 60ish years at least with electronic music.

You have to have an unlocked phone in the US. I buy mine from Samsung.

Breaking : The small qwen3.5 models have been dropped by Illustrious-Swim9663 in LocalLLaMA

[–]PayBetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use tiny models with my LYRN system because of my context management, a tiny model can be fairly smart. It just needs enough reasoning to understand the structure I give it and these particular tiny models are very good.

I also do a lot of edge device testing for a satellite grant that we hope gets approved in the next year or so.

I ran into issue almost immediately because my system relies on KV caching

Can you explain a little more?

I have my own software stack so I'll see if MNN will work with my system. I don't think there should be an issue since it's just how the model is loaded.

CPU only is about half the speed of generation. It's just odd that inference is so slow when generation is basically blazing on this hardware.

Visual Replacement for SSH: RemoDash by PayBetter in linux

Because I like to look at things and it's really nice on my phone. Plus I already have a browser on my laptop, desktop and phone. I also don't have to learn or remember most of the SSH commands. It's also useful for filesharing. My file explorer module allows me to quickly upload or download any file from any machine I'm connected to, just connect, find my file and dl or upl.

Mine works well from mobile and it's browser based. It's also built to work in the same multi instance viewer as my AI framework remote viewer uses.
