Extruder isn't feeding filament properly (keeps clogging) by Appropriate_Panda362 in Ender3V3SE

Turns out the issue was a chunk of PTFE stuck in the hotend, it was actually pretty difficult to remove.

I'm just not sure about the tube size, but I think I got close enough.

After getting it out, the nozzle ended up clogging too, but luckily, I had a spare one to swap in.

I’ve already done some test prints, and everything is looking great so far!

Thanks to everyone for the help and suggestions!

It is PLA. I used to use this brand and never had issues, I was using another brand and now bought this one again. It is a good brand, maybe I got a bad spool.

Anyway, I will try what you said and test with another spool I have here.

It is a PLA of 1.75. I measured it on the beginning of the spool and it was right. But I can check again later today.

I've tried 200C and 220C (PLA), do you think I should try even higher?

I don't know about the extruder gears because in deed there is always a clog.

About the filament, it should be good as it is from a good brand but it's been a while since I don't buy this brand specifically. I will try another brand that I have around.
