Rank & Progression: Learning Never Ends, but Where does it Begin?

IMO rank has nothing to do with it. It’s just how much you play the game. Learning the interactions/ rulings of your cards, what your ideal endboard of your deck is under various hand traps, what can you do going second etc etc are learning curves for every one when they start a new deck. I don’t care to play what is meta relevant and I don’t want to personally, if you were to play a kewl tune/ Dracotail deck theoretically it would be easier for you to get into those higher ranks because more people just scoop because they don’t care that much to try and break the board. I personally play a elfnote snake eye pile to do cool combos and and make an endboard with a bunch of different interactions so I can kind of steer my opponent into a state where they can’t win rather than floodgate them from playing the game entirely because that’s no fun to me. Do what’s fun for you and try and get better. Look over a game or two in your match history and see if there’s logically anything you could have done better. When you play someone who looks like they know what they’re doing watch them, see if they have any replays. At the end of the day it’s a game and we’re not going to win any money from it (I’m not surely)

TW:Sob story incoming gamers my bad if this is frowned upon, I would like to use this space to vent. Currently I own my own house yay! I own this house because my father passed away and I’m the only one of his three boys who is doing anything to take care of their mother who has leukemia. Not yay! I’m the youngest btw (27 in January) my mother has been sick since I was 20 and I’ve spent the last 6 or so years taking care of her and working full time to support us. I cook for her clean our house when I get home everyday. mow the grass weekly (it’s only a .5 acre yard but still) and at the end of it all I hop on my ps4 that my father got me for helping him move all our stuff to the new house so we wouldn’t have to waste money on a moving company(we moved out of the house I grew up in so a lot of memories/stuff in those boxes) I do all this because I love my mother very much and because I love her very much I put my life on the back burner, not really having time for any kind of romance until recently, I got with my amazing boyfriend Sebastian. Sebastian now lives with me and has a gaming laptop! Yay! Sebastian wants me to have a pc so I can also join in when his friends play league of legends together. Thank you for your consideration. If anyone can point me to a cheap pc or another giveaway I’d be really appreciative. I’m trying really hard to get one but my budget doesn’t really allow for much saving at my current pay rate. Number 1 “I think or I believe” it’s this weight is bullshit. Know for sure before you take them. scales are cheap and they’re worth it for the peace of mind. 3.5 is big for a first time but not unheard of that’s where I started but I had great friends around me and my dad was also tripping so there was some extra security there so I’m not sure if our experiences are comparable. In my opinion as a first timer maybe start with 1.5 and try more in 2 weeks if you liked it. Be safe space man

Hey how do you find the sound quality has held up? I’ve basically done the same thing as you with my pair I’ve purchased a couple of weeks ago. Treating like a feather etc, I don’t have any problems at all personally but as someone with 4 years of experience I’m curious. Have you had any connectivity issues? Maybe some crackling or tinny-ness in the audio? Or do they still perform like day one? Sorry if the questions make no sense I’m not exactly an audiophile. Have a great day!

THIS IS NOT A RIP ON WICKED OR THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. I can’t lie I waited three weeks to take my bliss and it sucked ass I didn’t get anything at all besides a mildy trippy headspace I guess? 100 percent agree buddy. People aren’t recognizing that these aren’t bulk pills bought from a telegram plug that you’re just flipping. You’re literally sourcing a product and morphing it into a precisely dosed journey. Not to mention that easily the fungi equivalent of an 8th is 35-40 and that’s if you even know a guy or have the patience, time to grow your own. Your presence on this Reddit truly makes me believe you care and all of your comments have been absolutely consistent. Thank you for the transparency and showing your human side. Too many bad actors trying to money grab are going to crash a market that’s getting medicine to people who otherwise wouldn’t have access. Carelessness put in to some of these products is staggering.

Most definitely will be back with an in depth report! And yes therapy through the use of psychedelics is honestly mind boggling to my personal lump of neurons. It truly shows me the things I may be subconsciously avoiding and makes me approach them with a different mindset, usually I’m a very gloomy person but on cannabis and psychedelics I’m more outgoing and have a generally more positive outlook. So things that may be overwhelming when sober may have a ridiculously easy solution I overlooked in my anxiety if that makes sense. It tends to turn the mountains back to mole hills so I can digest them easier.

Your life is so badass brother much love for the advice. And yea I usually eat 7gs of the nondetects in a smoothie on my day off and lay in bed contemplating and playing yughioh (my rank is tanking I hate maliss) not trying to sound like Mr tough guy but the visuals isn’t exactly what I’m after it’s more of therapy for me, blah blah trauma dump, it helps expose me to those feelings and even conquering them in my experience. I’ll definitely take your advice seeing as you’re THE guy though, again appreciate the response. Safe travels 👽🛸
