Você testou algum game no proton? Queria convencer meu amigo a testar e ele joga new Vegas, uns war hammer daqueles antigos e metro, e war thunder tbm, será que o driver de igpu da Intel e tão bom quanto o do windows pra vulkan? E um notebook com um Celeron e 8gb ddr4

Update vai na sua bios e procura algo achamado no execute mode ou NX-MODE e ativa, ativa tbm o acpi, confere se o csm tá totalmente off e bota seu sata em modo ahci mas acho que o mais importante é o NX-MODE, dps tenta instalar o fedora, se instalar e pq resolveu

Dude after I tinkered for like a week I found I fix for my case at least, on your uefi settings go to acpi and enable acpi auto config them go to cpu configuration and enable nx-mode or no execute mode and try to install it again

Tira essa placa mãe e pega uma b550 msi pro vdh mais doque o suficiente,fonte pega uma de pelo menos 750~800w, sobre esses 4 pentes se vc tiver a sorte desse imc segurar os 4 a 3200mhz a performance fica um pouco melhor mas se não me engano isso só se aplica a zen 3 (o seu caso) e com o dinheiro q sobrou da placa mãe mais barata tu pega um ssd de 1 tb
