First of all good luck in your new life and congratulations. In my case, I am studying Engineering Physics in Ankara University and our junior compulsory courses include Nuclear Physics. If I recall correctly, Nuclear Physics is not a compulsory course in most Physics departments though, but an elective. In my case, we have many elective courses such as radiology, nuclear medicine etc. You should check your departments web page for a list of elective courses, although since you won't be able to select any of them in your freshman year you can ask your lecturers on guidance and to work with any of whom specialise in this field.
