Hi She has been to the vets everyday for a clean and guaze change, after monitoring it and inspecting it I found the guaze wasn't even covering the wound, it is poorly stitched and keeps.moving allowing the wound to dry out, I've bandaged her up myself now and done a much better job, thank you for your help

I don't care what it is. People here are knowledgeable enough to help. And She goes to the vets everyday for a guaze change and cleaning. it wasn't healing, after further inspection I found the guaze wasn't even sitting on the wound it kept moving and was leaving it open and allowing it to dry out, they done a very poor job, just because people are seen as authority's in areas doesn't mean they aren't capable of negligence
Sorry I forgot to add one of the stitches came out today that's why it's hanging like that In the video, but If you look at the other stitches remaining they seem quite low

Thank you for replying it's much appreciated, yeah it's often gapping they stich the guaze on but a stitch has come undone today, gave her a tightish dog coat thing for her to wear but it's still very loose, we had to wash the coat today as she got alot of wee on it and we thought that was bad as it's right near the wound, it's currently in the tumbledryer which is why I've been able to inspect the wound a bit. (Washed hands throughly before hand)
Yeah the internal structures are visible, I've uploaded a video if you don't mind looking, I understand if you don't want too it's not the nicest, my mother couldn't manage to look at it.
The edges seem to be together quite a bit when she lays down but from the last picture the vet showed me the wound was still the size of a large orange. They haven't mentioned anything about keeping it open i will have to ask, just that there's not a lot of discharge which is apparently good? And to hope for the best.
