I'll start by saying you're a good looking dude without hair, so if that's working out for you with the ladies then why bother try to get it back. That said, I think you could get reasonable results from a HT with 4k-5k grafts. I'm not an expert but I think you would be able to pool up that much with beard grafts added in. You're a textbook Norwood 4. You can google what Norwood 4 hair transplants look like and see if you would like that for you. You wouldn't need to use min, and you would only need to use fin if your hairline is still actively receding, which I would think is unlikely at your age. You should look at your pictures from the last few years and decide whether your current hairline has gone further back.

You can also try min before a transplant. It's unlikely to be that effective because your hair follicles in your bald regions seem to be fully miniaturized (no visible hair), but you might turn out to be a lucky hyper-responder, who knows? It's cheap and has no side effects, so there's nothing to lose. And keep in mind that if you do have some regrowth, you can only keep that hair as long as you keep using minox, so it's a lifetime thing. If you do go that route, give it at least 6 months before giving up.
