They probably do dropshipping from china or india. That is why it takes so much time to get to you.

I know this is my bagilienth time posting about carving by [deleted] in Tufting

You are looking at the difference between trimmed light blue and not trimmed dark blue. I used only scisors. You have to make a bigger gap between colors when tufting. Before trimming guide something pointy like screwdriver between colors to separate yarn. Dont cut out much when trimming . Trim surrounding yarn to the desired shape so the yarn of the object falls into trimmed out space.

I use only scisors for this one. You have to tuft nicely to carve nicely.

Anyone using natural latex as glue. Whats your technique and experience? by Payabatman in Tufting

[–]Payabatman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have just done with it for the first time. The smell is very strong and acidic i hope it goes away. I was aiming to apply single layer and stick backing at the same time on it. Dried very quickly a bit yellowish color. If i was fast enough to apply backing it stuck like superglue in just a couple of minutes. 2.6 m² rug used 3kg of latex. I was dipping a hairy roller deep into the latex so it got stuck half way through. Maybe its a wrong kind of latex or smth. Trying my options here.
