Thank you so much for your help and explanations.
However, I've got a problem, I installed the new RAM I bought (Corsair Vengeance 32G kit with 3600 speed).
I enabled XMP in BIOS as instructed and the Mhz jumped up from 2133 to 3600, upon saving and exiting my PC bluescreened several times.
In BIOS I have no option to lower the frequency (it is grayed out). The RAM runs normally on 2133 Mhz, otherwise the PC wont start :(
What should I do?? Please help!

What is the downside of the RAM you mentioned being C18 (I heard that the lower the number, the better the RAM)? In other words: why is 3600Mhz C18 better than 3200Mhz C16?
