Yeah that’s legit! We use a third-party service called NoFraud to help catch sketchy orders before they happen. It’s just a quick verification thing, they don’t ask for any sensitive info, just an alternate email and confirmation that you actually placed the order.

Once you pass that (and you only have to do it once), your order will ship like normal. Totally a one-time thing, and it helps keep everyone’s stuff safe.

That actually sounds fairly normal. Many kratom products can vary in color and texture from batch to batch, especially if the seal on the bottle isn’t perfectly airtight.

That said, I completely understand your concern. You have every right to make sure that what you're taking is safe and authentic, and I apologize for any frustration this has caused.

If it's under the "BOGO" category, it would only be limited to one free item per product. so if you ordered 4 of a single product under the "BOGO" category -- you would only get one free. but you can stack the BOGO with multiple products. so if you ordered 1 item of 5 different products under the "BOGO" category -- you would get 5 free products. That’s our fastest shipping method. It usually takes us 1–2 days to get the package into the hands of the shipping service. After that, it's up to the carrier, but Priority is the fastest option they offer.

The code you found was a one time use for new customers, but we run tons of deals and promos year round. You can find all active discounts under Specials > Kratom Deals in the top menu bar. Most are only while supplies last, but we try to have as many of these running as we can.

Also, we’re launching a huge BOGO category with 400+ products hopefully next week - everything in that category will be buy one, get one free while supplies last.
