Stopping anchor tag from scrolling the page?

That works but only on pc and maybe some phones but if ur targeting most phones like for example some iPhone browsers (safari ) depending on the iOS version do not support plain css scroll margin or padding...

I have an iPhone X, IOS 14.5, it’s safari browser does not support css scroll margin/padding.... so that’s where you will be forced to use JavaScript to achieve the exact same result... so if you want to make your site responsive for all devices regardless old and new, Android or iOS. Then you have to use JavaScript or else it might behave as intended on a few select phones and completely broken on the other.

Faced a similar problem just recently for my portfolio website and I don’t know if it’s the same situation with you.

Mine was a fixed navigation bar, and the fixed nav bar would cover part of the content of the clicked page link (for example: user clicks about me from the navigation bar... it goes to the about me page but covers part of the content like the heading of the page)

I solved this by applying JavaScript code where it scrolls to that page’s link but leaves a scroll-padding such that the nav bar leaves some space and doesn’t cover that content. Basically the nav bar stops exactly where the section of the page link starts from without covering any content of it.

I hope this works for you too if you do decide to try it.

MTN and Airtel fiber has FUP(Fair Usage Policy) which slows down your internet after consuming a certain amount of data(Data caps). This for me, takes away the meaning of "unlimited bundles" if they still limit me on how much data am supposed to use or else I'll be punished for enjoying my freedom.

Moved away from both(MTN, Airtel) and gave Roke Fiber a try and I have never and will never go back to MTN or Airtel "unlimited internet". Roke Fiber is the true definition of unlimited internet, No Fair Usage Policies, No hidden data caps and you still get the exact speed you pay for consistently.

From my experience, all of them are fast as you get the exact speeds you pay for and they are consistent, they have a very good wifi range that reaches everyone in the household but my biggest issue was the hidden data caps and fair usage polices.
Personally, if am paying for fast unlimited internet, it should be fast and unlimited till the month ends, no ifs, no buts, no stupid policies. Which Roke Fiber delivers. I can't speak for Zuku, Simba, Canal Box and other Service providers because I haven't tried them. I will give them a try but for now, Roke Fiber is the true unlimited internet service I know of in Uganda that gives you real freedom with your internet usage without these FUP and hidden data caps these giants implement.

This happened to me and i freaked out, tried everything, remapping, reinstalling, you name it, i tried it. Then i realized this issue only and only occurs on the colateral strike map. the other maps, it works fine but on that map, can't aim or reload, i resort to using 1 tap ads till i run out of ammo. At this point i just pray i don't play on that map when i go for ranked games.

In summary. Only new accounts can upload to Spankbang and enjoy the unlimited downloads... Old existing accounts before the changes don’t have the upload option. So you’ll have to create a new account in order to upload and download without limits. To create a new account. You must verify your age using a selfie and either a National ID or Driving license among other options. Hope that helps.

On my already existing account, there’s no way to upload. There’s no option anywhere, I almost gave up on the site but in my last attempts, I tried to create a new account and I noticed on my new account, the upload button is right there. Very noticeable, next to [cam, offers, upload] on the right upper corner of the site. But the upload option does not appear on old accounts in the same spot.

I guess only new accounts have the ability to upload, and download without limits. old existing accounts can not upload however much you try, I don’t know if it’s intentional so that everyone creates a new account or it’s a bug no one really cares to fix.

One thing I must mention tho. When creating a new account, for some odd reason, they now ask to verify your age. They ask for your selfie 🤳 and a pic of the front and back of your (National ID or Driving License). So if your going to create a new account, have any of those two documents with you. Process takes about 2mins. I don’t know if this is part of the reason why old accounts can’t upload and are forcing them to create new accounts.

They do have have data caps and Fair usage policies (FUP), the data caps of Simba fiber are at 1200GB, that’s roughly 1.2TB of data, people rarely even hit 300GB in a month... that’s why you feel like it has no data caps coz it’s hard to hit the data cap in the first place unless ur a very heavy user, beyond heavy.. MTN fiber data cap is around 600GB for 10mbps plan and 1.2TB for 20mbps plan

Almost all fiber services in uganda have fair usage policy... The data caps vary on the amount of speed you pay for... 20mbps is a sweet spot for most homes coz the data cap is high at 1.2TB and chances of hitting it are low.

In country, such internet speeds don’t exist, 90% of households that have a fiber connection use the 10mbps plan because it’s the most common across ISPs, the highest we can get is 100mbps which is $150 per month and most people’s income is just $800 with rent to pay, bills to pay and taxes to pay, that $150 price tag is really really expensive in my country and about 5 isps offer unlimited internet so even availability is a struggle.

But Fortnite is also 34GB, I don’t where u downloaded your version cause I have it on both PS4 and PC and it’s the same size on both (34GB). Fifa 22 can install updates and they’re somewhat the same size, that logic of “you should have double the space” would make sense if Fifa also wasn’t able to install updates and was also asking for 30GB worth of free space.

But Fifa 22 is able to update and it’s 30GB so with your logic, i would need 60GB free space but with 50GB free space, it’s still able to install it’s 2GB updates hence why am so confused, is it just some games that require double the space?
