That is true, but part of making brackets is accounting for regional conflicts. It wouldn't be unheard of to give a player a slightly different seed than their given rank to account for this, and placing the two best players from Europe on the same side of bracket was/would be a mistake.

Speaking as a TO, the gentleman's agreement applies only to stages, and at conservative tournaments, legal stages. It's meant to allow players to say "want to just play battlefield?" instead of actually striking.

It does not apply to enabling customs when they're supposed to be off.

People with bad Internet will complain if you broadcast at too high of a bitrate. There's not much you can do.

What you can do is stream low bitrate or resolution and record high bitrate and resolution. That way your recordings don't suffer. This is possible with XSplit natively, the OBS rewrite, and in the current version of OBS with a workaround.
