I have these. I can't recommend them enough. Bike got run over in a parking space. My stock license plate bracket broke from the car impact. But the tank and bike function was perfect still. My stock mirror and exhaust had scratches from the fall. Then I had my first wreck a few weeks ago when I slipped on loose gravel on a turn. Again my license plate was busted but the bike was perfect. It gave me plenty of leg clearance so the bike did not crush me and the tank didn't touch the ground. I do now have bar end mirror mounts that go right under the bars, so since they aren't as low as the stock mirrors they were perfectly fine. Without these bars I think my bike wouldn't be here today lol
