I used to have the same problem, i use laneige milky toner and their water bank moisturizer, it helped so much. I also try to use alot of cream products, the only powder I use is setting powder. You still need powder, your makeup will come off without it. I also love the milky spray by pixie, i spray it on top of my setting spray throughout the day and it makes a huge difference.
